Randall was one of the most kind hearted men I've ever met. We've became very fond of him, Ashley, Pump and Paris. My grand daughters love those puppies. And Randall always made a point to come over and talk to the girls and tell them how pretty they were. He was always smiling and friendly. I believe he would do anything for anyone. He will be truly missed. God bless & RIP Sweet Man!

From the very first time we met on an AOL chat line, I knew there was something special about Randall.
He was kind, loving, and so incredibly funny — the kind of person who could light up a room just by walking into it.
He had already been through more than his share of heartbreak, yet he still had so much love to give.
Over the next twelve and a half years, we built a life full of laughter, concerts, and friendship.
His friends became my friends, and mine became his — that’s just the kind of person he was, always bringing people together.
Randall had a way of making everyone feel seen, cared for, and safe.
His kindness wasn’t loud, but it was steady.
His humor, his warmth, and the way he looked at the world — those things will stay with me forever.
I miss him every day, but I’m so grateful for every moment we shared.
Randall, you will always be my heart, my laughter, and my home.
Forever yours,
Jayme Everett Howell
