Phil was a very special friend his work family at Toll Brothers. He was kind & considerate and always very thoughtful.  We loved the stories about his furry family and his lovely wife, Joan.  He would still visit and call us from time to time after he retired just to stay in touch. He was always a bright spot in our day and will be truly missed.
