I just heard of the passing of longtime friend Pete McCue. I met Pete when I managed Jaff's/Matt Garretts, and spent many an hour lifting a glass or two talking history, music, politics and life.  He was a unique person with a an outstanding memory . He turned me on to great music and writings that I was not aware of.  But my most cherished memory will be that of his friendship and advice
