Pete Marsh was an incredible man.  I got to know him through his tireless efforts on behalf of suicide prevention.  My heart goes out to his family and those who loved him. His memory will live on.

Most certainly one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I cannot recall ever seeing Pete without a smile on his face. You are, and will continue to be, missed.

I remember Pete being at a number of  NEWSTEC exhibitions in Brighton UK. One memory that stands out is the night we all went to a Greek Restaurant. They had a band playing who took a break Pete got up and did his thing on the Drums. Another of our guys follwed him up, both toyally awesome. Pete and his enthusiasm will be sadly missed. Wishing the family strength at this sad time RIP Pete.

Pete, you were such an inspiration, great friend and a guiding light to me in my early career and your humour as always was infectious. Our paths crossed many times over the years and the friendship we forged in those early days never waned. Pete, you were one of those very rare individuals who left such an impression on my life. You and your family are in our prayers, God bless Pete

Remembering clearly the day at Atex when I first met you when I was the secretary in the Marketing Dept. Your smile and friendly personality were contagious Pete.  We had a lot in common having a twin. I always loved the stories you told about your twin brother and twin your sons, as well as the stories of your daughter!  Heaven certainly gained a special Angel when you arrived Pete.  RIP

Pete was one of those rare people who made your day a little bit better after seeing or speaking to him. I worked with Pete for many years at Samaritans where he was an inspiration to the whole organization as well as to many others who were affected by suicide. I'll miss Pete immeasurably. Sending love and warm thoughts to all his friends and family.

Candle lit  by Beth Eliot Schultz  on June 1st, 2020

Pete was such a lovely person - he experienced so much painful loss - and over and over chose to use his experiences to help others. The Samaritans' community was better for his presence and commitment. Sending love and healing thoughts to his family and friends.

I was one of the many who had the pleasure of knowing Pete and calling him a friend. He always had a kind word, was positive, and knew how to tell a joke. He will be missed. Rest in peace friend.

Some people are here for just a short time, and some of them leave traces of themselves that, like angels touch others forever. Your self-described “60 seconds” mattered more than you will ever know and the abundant humanity you shared will remain with us. I will love you always dear friend. Light and Love to Pete’s loved ones~especially to his family.   https://youtu.be/SsjupSlrKPk

Pete, you are deeply missed.  Sorry, I'm late to find out about your passing. I want to thank you for being such an incredible colleague who treated every human being with kindness and thoughtfulness and you never failed to lift up the dignity of everyone you worked with.  Peace be with you and I'll aways remember the positive vibes and big heart that you had shown the world.
