My condolences to Penny's family on her recent passing. I worked with her at DSS for many years. She was a loyal employee to Monterey County and loved her job. May she rest in peace.

Penny worked for Social Services in  Seaside  for 42 years. I shared the last 14. It’s impossible not to miss her. Anyone that had worked at that office would ask if Penny was still there and how she was doing. Over the years so many coworkers became part of her work family. She touched so many lives. Incredibly dedicated and delighting in office activities, she will be missed by many.

Aww Penny!!  My family and I are so sad to hear of your passing.  You were a great friend to my Mom and I for years.  We'll miss you very much!!!
