So many wonderful memories of this amazing man.  As a neighbor I recall him showing up unsolicited when I was pouring my driveway.  He helped me with the pour along with a 20 something year-old I had hired.  He outworked the young man I had hired hands down.  Pat was 82 years old at the time.  One of the kindest, compassionate and wonderful human beings I've had the pleasure of knowing.
