"Mrs. Bjorlie, as I fondly remember her, was an inspiration and help in my elementary education, particularly in mathematics. With her gentle approach and yet stern commitment to make a difference, I grew my interest in math and received the foundation that helped me come to love the subject. From that foundation I continued in math through college and now run a business using it daily."

My Aunty Patty, Mrs. Bjorlie. She, along with my mom, gave me my great love and respect for all living things. From the smallest ant to the largest whale she and my mom taught us to be kind and compassionate and that will always be the very best thing in me.
