He was a wonderful father-in-law, many memories of happy times, playing cards with him and Norma and laughing the 1st time I heard the name of one of the games (Bitch) Having the privilege of staying in his home while he and Norma took a year long cruise. A True Officer and Gentleman!!! I will love you always Owen and I thank you for the love you shared with me and your Grandchildren!
