Kenny was a great guy. We always had fun talking about the old days. RIP Kenny. Thank you for your help to me and your service.
Kenny did my background investigation for Henrico Police. He was very helpful in the beginning of my career there. We played on the police softball team together. He became an attorney but in his heart he was always a cop.Kenny was such a great, fun loving guy who will be missed.
Kenny and I were partners working the fair and
late one night two young ladies approached us and said they couldn't find their car. We went to help. We finally found it about an hour later. One of those ladies was Amelia and the other, I believe, was her sister. That is how Mr & Mrs Newsom met!!!
I had the privilege of working with Judge Newsom when he periodically sat as a Substitute judge in Essex JDR Court. He was a kind, caring man who everyone here loved to see! Thoughts and prayers to the family.
I am deeply sorry to learn of Kenny's passing. He was such a wonderful man. I met Kenny at my late husband, Mack Townsend, Jr. Celebration of Life. Kenny and became friends and had lunch together two times a year. I am grateful for all the kindness Kenny afforded me.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
I'm so sorry to hear of cousin Kenny's passing. One of my earliest memories of Kenny was when I was at Henrico HS and he, as a Henrico County officer, was up watching the half-time show. He laughingly told me to watch my language as I was out on the field trying to execute drills! He was such a fun and wonderful guy - loved his smile and the twinkle in his eyes. Rest in peace, Kenny.
