I doubt you would remember me, as I was just a young blip in Michael’s life. His news hit me hard as most of these do. He was a mentor and also a good friend. He touched many lives and I know you all will miss him.

I'm sorry to hear of Coach Walker's passing. He was at Monacan when I was in  high school there. He and many other teachers made the school a sanctuary during one of the worst periods of my life. I will always be grateful for that.
