Mike was an outstanding gentleman and a gentle man.  I appreciated that he was very patient with me when he was teaching me how to play chords on the guitar.  His wry sense of humor was great.  HIs very strong focus to help veterans, especially through the guitar lessons, was outstanding. I certainly will miss him.  My condolences to his wife and family.  And, may he rest in peace.

Guitar Mike represents all that is great with people. His zest to share love and give light via the empowerment of expression through music will live on in perpetuity thanks to all he’s inspired. The pain and void of his absence will thus be transmuted to passion to assure his legacy is maintained in honor and appreciation for all that he gave.
