My belated condolences to the entire Bernier family on the passing of this wonderful man. Merv was a soft-spoken man who was generous with his knowledge as a bank auditor. He and I went on several audits together, and after her retired, we often met for lunch near his San Carlos home. I shall sorely miss his kind nature and genuine goodness.
