Mom, you were a wonderful, giving person and not just an amazing mother, but also an amazing wife, grandmother, aunt, friend and neighbor and an inspiration to many. You were tough as nails and taught me strength and about the silver lining in life. So many people were blessed to have known you and were touched with your positive spirit. Thank you, mom! Love, your "favorite youngest son."
Mom you light up my life, you give me hope to carry on will sing in my heart with your voice for life. I thank you, I love you, I miss you beyond words. "Life is not easy & life goes on", I grew up hearing from you & that is what I will continue hearing to get me through life. Love, your "sweet favorite youngest daughter."
A great tribute to Mrs. Brown - who somehow showed us all that one can gleefully sing their way through life, even when life hands you tough situations. And more importantly all while never losing faith. I cherish the memories growing up with her in my life. Love, "your favorite kids friend - when comparing any of your kids friends" ;)
Meredith was my mom, Sybil's, best friend. They were always together, wether it was church, traveling or doing something with their grandchildren. My kids knew her as Nana Brown, and she was a big part of their growing up. She was the first person to volunteer to help out, and there were so many parties, weddings and celebrations in her beautiful rose garden. Her home was ALWAYS open.
Meredith. My college roommate and dear friend: I am so glad we had our last birthdays together. Bobbi, Jim, you and I always celebrated each year. We were at the ocean in Carmel. We always liked Maui, Pismo Beach, & Santa Barbara. We will surely find an ocean in Heaven to meet again. Tell Phil to be ready for us. I love you and all your family.
My wonderful sweet fun happy friend, I will miss your cheery songs and all the fun things we have done over our 60+ years of friendship. But you and those memories will never be lost to me. We have been through ups and downs and you have always kept Marion and I close to you. You are our sister and we love you forever. Flowers will always remind me of you. Hugs and kisses. Bobbi
