Mary crossed my path as we did the same job for different police departments; she at Los Altos and me at Sunnyvale, where I also worked with her brother, James. Sadly, we also battled breast cancer together, too. My deepest sympathy to Lance, her precious children, her family and every person who loved her as a friend. I will always cherish our friendship.
