Grandma was one of two keys to my heart. I was raised alot by her an my grandfather. She was the the most selfless kind open hearted women. She gave a is grandkids a drive to love whole heartedly. Boy did I learn how to be stubborn watching her in my youth non the less o find myself in that exact place. I was able to tell this women anything with no fear only reason. Love you RIP

To me this woman was a Super Woman!! She raised 9 children basically by herself and she did a wonderful job. None of us lacked for love and I think we all turned out to be good human beings. We might not have been rich but we had love.  She was the wind beneath my wings. Although I know she is happy where she is now I will love and miss her for eternity. SHE'S MY MAMA!!!!

So many wonderful memories but i loved when me and Kendal and our sons David and Kenden visited grandma at her house in 2007  David and Kenden were so little they didn't know what a bidet was and grandma and Grandpa Barrett had a makeshift bidet in their main restroom it was funny Kendal told the boys that it was a Chinese drinking fountain Grandma laughed so hard and explain to the kids what it's for it was so funny my kids & I talk about that all the time also it was the first time we had ever seen an orange tree my kids loved the fact that Grandma had an orange tree in her backyard if I remember correctly the neighbor had a lemon tree but the kids still said that wasn't as cool as the orange tree we also went to the beach with Grandma Fisherman's Wharf it was so wonderful to be able to spend this time with her I also remember many visits she made to Utah I'm going to miss her very much so are my boys Kendal myself David and kenden will hold these memories in our hearts forever we love you Grandma

One of the kindest, most generous, loving people I've ever met in this lifetime.  I was proud to call you "mom".  Will miss you greatly.

It’s hard to memorialize this incredible woman with only 392 characters! Many of us could write an entire book about her. Growing up in this family has had its ups and downs, but she handled everything beautifully. She taught us so much about life, love and family. We will be lost without her guidance. She created memories that we will keep forever. I love you Mom to the moon and back!

It's hard to say in a few words what my mama means to me. She was beautiful inside and out. She was a mama bear when protecting her children. She was our soft place to fall. When I was a child she was my sunshine and my best friend. She was so kind, giving, and so loving. I could write a book of all my wonderful memories. I thank God for feeling that I was worthy of being her daughter!

My grandmother was a very special woman. She showed me the strength that a person will do whatever it takes to take care of family no matter what, I will always remember the Holidays with her because of spending time with her and our family time but I will always remember being in the kitchen trying to help her bake her famous goodies but to spend quality time with her. Love her for always

There are no words to describe the love and adoration I have for this incredible woman. To Grandma, there was nothing more important than family. She was always there to show each and every one of us love and support...and there are a lot of us! We were all special in her eyes. This was her true gift in life! She gave me so many special memories to cherish forever. So blessed! Love you Gma
