Dearest Marion: Jo-Ann and I will miss your smiling face and incredibly positive attitude. You had such a warm and wonderful influence on both Jo-Ann and me.  You were always so optimistic,. You made this world a much more elegant place and certainly inspired us with your bravery.  Your family must be so proud. With deepest sympathies. George

Within the serene embrace of her garden, where time seemed to stand still and the world outside faded away, we shared countless hours that now form the tapestry of cherished memories. Marion was the age of my mother, yet in spirit, she was a kindred soul, with whom secrets and dreams were safely entrusted.

She listened with an open heart. In her presence, I found a sanctuary, a place where I could be unabashedly myself, sharing fears, hopes, and laughter without reserve.

Her unique blend of poise and vulnerability, adventure and contemplation, taught me invaluable lessons about life.

Marion shared a special bond with my dog, Zeeba, whose name reflects beautifully elegant in Farsi. She welcomed Zeeba, always unleashed, embodying the philosophy of living freely yet mindfully.

Marion was a beacon of grace, her poise an unwavering constant amidst the ebb and flow of life's chaos. Yet, it was her ability to reveal her own vulnerabilities that drew me closer, reminding me that strength is not in the facade of perfection but in the courage to show one’s true self. Her spirit was a harmonious blend of adventure and contemplation, always ready to explore the unknown, yet equally content in the quiet moments of reflection.

It was an incredible gift to have known her.

Dearest Marion,

I will always cherish our friendship. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of you. You were an amazing person; full of love, intelligence, and kindness.

You lived your life with authenticity and insatiable curiosity, and made us feel incredibly special. Thank you for coming into our lives, leaving an everlasting impression and inspiring us to be our best

Marion came into my life at 12.  First we wrote letters back and forth as I got older we stopped like most kids do. We reconnected several years ago thru facebook. Marion invited myself and a few of us for dinner. Later she told me about being sick and asked me not to tell. My heart will forever be broken. Marion opened my eyes to travel, friends and I will miss her forever. ??????Susan

A year has gone by. I still go back and re-read our messages. Sharing stories of the grands as she fondly called them. I regret I never got back to show her the yearbooks she made us in 6th grade.  My prayers are with Ab and the family.  I hope everyone is well and she live forever in my heart. ??????Sue Proctor North Pembroke.
