My dad was a big inspiration in my life. He loved me and was always there for me and his family and friends. I loved my father unconditionally. He was the hardest working man I knew. No project was too big for him. He enjoyed the challenge and took pride in everything he did.The word CAN’T wasn’t in his vocabulary. The 43 years we had together was so special to me. I will love you always!!

Dad lived an amazing life and made the most of every minute. He loved and cared deeply for his family and friends. He was a brave, daring, and industrious man. His greatest passion was fishing but he also enjoyed  building and creating many useful things. I learned a lot from my dad and love him dearly. He is a part of who I am, and he will be with me forever in my heart.

I cherish my memories of Lloyd – we shared family, love, and adventure. He was genuine to the core and a no-frills Alaskan man who made the best years of my life the ones we spent together. We traveled seas of both hemispheres and discussed oceans of important stuff along the way. I will always miss you, Lloyd, and can only thank you for calling me “friend”.
