Such a short time of getting to know you .
A wonderful man you were . We laugh and had some disagreement when you were in a stubbing mood . But that's what made my day fun .Helping you at the very end of your life made me feel my life was over . I know from the bottom of my heart your in a better place called Heaven. Miss you very much . Caregiver SILA TUPE ??
Larry Leon was a dear friend and teammate throughout the '50s; Garfield, American Legion and Berkeley High School. He was a terrific leadoff batter and 2nd baseman. I can still hear him yelling behind me, "Come on, Deed. Let 'em hit!." He always teased me about what a weak hitter I was, back to the days when his 6th grade brother Danny struck me out out a dozen times in a pick up game. RIP
