We are so lucky to have had Kelly in our lives.  We are better people for having been touched by her beauty, grace, empathy and her contagious laugh and smile.  We are heartbroken to have lost her and grateful to have loved her.  Scott, Julie, Jacquelyn and Spencer Jones

Pat and I were so blessed to have Kelly as our daughter-in-law for 28 years. She was truly an angel placed here on earth for too short of a time.  We will miss her bright smile, her love for family and friends.  She was a treasure that can never be replaced. We thank God for the time he gave Kelly to us.

Over the past years Kelly has been part of our family. We've spent many family gatherings and celebrations in her home and she always welcomed us into her home. Kelly was loving and gracious  and made us feel part of her family. Her laughter, smile and caring approach to extended family will be missed.

Where to start. Kelly is my cousin, she is so loving and sweet, always put everyone else before her. She will be missed by so many of us, by her smile and love. We grew up around each other, did so much together. Ya I was the one who would hit the boys over the head with Uncle Bobby's softball bat, when they were fighting over her. Then she found Brooke, never had to get the bat. Love you

I will miss my Sister-in-law. A beautiful person inside and out, always thoughtful and inspiring with the smile that lit up the room. An amazing daughter, mother, wife and Auntie whom will always watch over us.

Whenever I had the opportunity to spend time with Kelly I felt so lucky! She just always made me feel good! I admired and respected her devotion to her family and her career.  I have so many great memories of our times together and I will never forget her smile, positive outlook and genuine nature. Be at peace sister. I miss you.

Kelly was my sister in law, my kids Auntie Kelly, and my wife's older sister.  She was much more than just those titles though - she is the one my wife turned to for advice and comfort, the one that could often be seen in the stands watching my kids play sports, the one whose enthusiasm for life, family, and friends brought joy to everyone around her.  She is an angel watching over us.

I adored how Kelly was all about family!  Our friendship grew at the sidelines of our girls' many sports. Delighted in their continued friendship, we said we had gained daughters, talked about lifetime friendships. We giggled like school girls when we discovered we were both Gammies-We were sisters! No wonder we got along great and our girls were as close as sisters, we said. Peace Kelly!

"Our Precious Kelly".  She was such a huge presence in our lives.   Dave and I both felt like she was our daughter. Her ability to spread happiness and love wherever she went will never be forgotten.  Brooke was blessed with a beautiful loving wife and Justin and Jessica were blessed with a Mother who taught them to be the outstanding adults they are now. We will never forget our Kelly.

Our family was blessed by this rainbow of a soul, Kelly. God gave her brilliance.  We became extended family through Polly whom is our step-mother-in-law.  Gods divine love and intervention allowed us to just have a touch of her brilliance.  Thank you so much to our Divine universe for Kelly and her marvelous beautiful family for sharing mother and wife with us. Blessings and peace

Kelly's enthusiasm for life was abundant. She asked about others first, and her love was demonstrated by her genuine care for her family and to the children she taught. As Kelly takes refuge in the shelter of His wings, may we come to Jesus with our burdens, and He will give us peace, knowing He is taking care of Kelly. You're spirit will shine forever through the people you have loved.

Hearing of Kelly's passing is heartbreaking.  She is gone too soon.  She gave so much and was loved by all who knew her.  Both my children had her as their kindergarten teacher and to this day (they are now in 6th and 8th grade) they name her as their favorite teacher.  She gave so much love to her students. She will be missed.

We were so lucky to have Ms. Rahn teach our daughter Zoe Kindergarten in 2013. She was just awesome, always cool, professional, yet very caring. A message from Zoe: You were the nicest teacher ever, and I will miss you so much. :-(

I knew Kelly growing up - we lived nearby her family in Cupertino and attended school together. She was a good friend back then, so sweet and always looking out for others. I've lived out of the area for years now but this tragic loss has really saddened me. My sincerest condolences to Brooke and their families.

We are so incredibly shocked and immeasurably saddened by the loss of Mrs. Rahn. She was my daughter's Kindergarten (and her first Stevens Creek) teacher, whom my daughter, and really all of us, truly adored and respected. Mrs. Rahn was a caring, ever-smiling and affectionate soul. We will all miss her deeply. (I still cannot believe I am referring to her in the past tense...)

I am so shocked and saddened to hear the news.  Kelly, Brooke, and I went to the same exercise classes at Bay Club Cupertino every Tues and Thurs early morning for the last several years.  She was a warm, friendly, cheerful person with a good sense of humor.  She was a friend that can never be replaced and I am grateful to have known her.  I missed you Kelly...
