I am very sorry to learn of the family's loss with the passing of Mr. Hundley.  As a young forester in Madison and Greene county many years ago, Mr. Hundley was one of the first landowners I worked with.  His concern for managing his forest was sincere.

I just learned of Joe's passing and I am deeply saddened.  He trained & flew  with my father in WWII.   I got to know Joe  by telephone &  we finally met, once, several years ago, which was wonderful.  Joe inspired me to write & publish a book which included his WWII combat journal, details of their bailout mission, and more.  Joe was an incredible man & I feel blessed to have known him.
