Jo was a loving and supportive wife to my father, Carl McMillin after the death of our mother. I thank her for giving him companionship and wonderful memories of their life together.  My condolences to her family.

My wonderful wife Josephine and I were married for 17 yrs. and celebrated many special days together with her family in Richmond before her illness took control of her. A memorial gift to the Parkinson's Foundation would be a great honor for Jo from her family and friends. I thank God for the time Jo and I were given and pray for her eternal peace and joy in heaven.  Dr.Carl K. McMillin.

Deepest sympathies and condolences to the family and friends of my stepmother, Josephine Campbell McMillin. My father, Dr. Carl K. McMillin, married Jo in 11/2000 and she brought him much love and a wonderful marriage after my mom passed in 1999. Dad and Jo enjoyed traveling, entertaining family, and their grandchildren & greatgrands. Recommend donations to Parkinson's Foundation for Jo!
