Joe was younger than me, but we were both from Waynesboro.  Did not know Joe in high school, but his cousin was one of my classmates.  I met Joe here in Bon Air.  We would run into each other occasionally and chat, and we had mutual friends. He was a very nice and fun guy, and I was so sorry to learn of his passing.  Deepest sympathy to all.  May he rest in peace.
