I am so sorry to read of Jim's passing.  He was a hard working  family guy with an extensive knowledge of the construction industry. I am glad that I got an opportunity to stop by Jim's office and visit with him last summer. My condolences to the family and especially to Annette, who adored Jim.

I first met Jim in independence park fueling his equipment while he was digging many foundations to build the start of the housing project. He and I became very friendly and he convinced me to buy a truck from Dave Rowland and work for myself and I did!!!
