Mike, we've never met, but I've known Jeanne from many years, while having the pleasure of working with her at NE Airlines and Delta.She was "the brightest gal at our rate desk in res"! She was a friend, which even though we may not have seen each other for years, when we bumped into each other at the Winthrop Library we greeted each other like we were talking the day before!
