Dear Jack,
I want to express my gratitude to you and Monna for always being so welcoming and gracious. Ernie and I loved our many kitchen table visits with you, Monna, Uncle Frank and the family over the years. We laughed. We chewed over the fat and the Heidi pies. And Ernie was so pleased with himself whenever he could start a fight! Of course, it was all in fun. Thank you for those memorable times. I will always cherish them.

Jack and Monna, My prayers and thoughts are with you. I remember when you lived in Bellaire, I would come to your house after Girls Scouts. Dad or Mom would pick me up. I looked forward to it each week. We had alot of fun together. Jack wrote me letters after you moved to California. They were very special as they helped me after my Dad died.  Love you, Donna
