My good memories of Helen and the Dejnozka Family:
Working on the faculty with her in Niskayuna, NY.
Teaching her daughter Kalinda in grade 3
Taking (smuggling) gifts from to her to her relative in Czechoslovakia

Helen- my beloved next door neighbor for almost 40 years. She was an inquisitive, laughter-filled delight. So caring. So smart. I kept an eye on her by checking that her clothes were drying in the breeze. I filled my salad bowl with her arugula. I hid Birthday cards in silly places. I will miss her so very much.
