It was  gift to have been able to know Gary and his great-heartedness in the context of our shared commitment to ministry to the men at Norfolk.. I recall with particular tenderness his reaching our to me to bring a priest to come to his beloved partner's bedside and pray with her and all her loyal friends and family as she slipped across the river into the arms of God,  Thank you Gary

He was a wonderful friend - full of love, laughter and caring for others!  I will miss "working" with him at the Hope Chest - doing pick-ups and deliveries - and just enjoying all of the time spent in the truck joking and story-telling to beat the band!  I miss his smile and  so much kindness extended to others!!  May Our Lord and Savior hold you close my dear friend....forever!!
