Frank Sidari was a wonderful asset to the San Leandro community. As the Board of Zoning Adjustments' staff while a planner at City of San Leandro, and as a member of the San Leandro Breakfast Club, I had the honor of knowing Frank as a salt-of-the-earth, hard working, honest, funny, caring and generous man. He is well remembered and deeply missed.
