Fred was the light of the world, great husband and great father.  A friend to all.  You will be missed but not without a pleasant memory to go with you.  Rest in peace Fedele

Fred was the head of our operations at the Bay Advanced Newark California facility. Provided us all direction with a sense of humor and a friendly touch. A very personable guy with flair, charm and passion. I will miss our discussions of operations and our common passion for motor sport and fine motor cars. So sorry he left us so early.

Even thou I only worked with Fred little over a year he was so NICE and FRIENDLY to me. I have worked at several companies and never worked with someone like him.

Fred was always happy, always had great stories. Loved his wife and daughter with his whole heart.  I feel lucky to have met him.  I would be sitting at my desk and I would hear this singing or whistling go by and sure enough it was our Fred.  Always brought a smile to my face.  He will be missed.

My deepest condolences to Fred's family.

I worked with Fred for several years, and I knew once he sat down in my office, we were going to chat & laugh for awhile, so I should be prepared.

Fred will definitely be missed.  He was a character!

There are no words to express the sadness felt with Fred's passing.  He was a very special person and will be missed by countless people he has touched.  My thoughts are with Debra and Lauren.  I am so grateful to call him a friend.

No better father, husband, professional, human being - a class act of the first order. An impossible act to follow, shoes to fill, no bigger heart to know.
