Mr. French was the first inspirational teacher I ever had....way back in 1968. I have never forgotten him, and I never will.

In the 30plus years that I have known Vandy, he taught me the game of soccer as well as teaching me how to coach it. He was a mentor to my son, Grayson, since Grayson played soccer with Chris. As an educator there were few who were his equal. His ability to teach and to lead McCall were done with compassion and foresight. He will always be well remembered.
