Eva Marie, known as Tootsie to family, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 17, 2018 after a month-long illness. Eva Marie was a cherished wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She was born in Pocatello, ID and spent her childhood there where she met her future husband, Willis and married him right after high school and before he went off to war. Eva Marie was an active volunteer
