I had Mrs Stevenson for my Home Economics teacher back in the sixities. She was such a great person and so much fun to be around. One day in class she got her fingers caught in the beaters of a mixer. She held herself together for this experience. Then made the comment " that is what you get when you don't check things out". I am so sorry for the loss of this great lady
