I fell in love with Mr. Horton the night I admitted him to the hospital. He along with his beautiful wife and fantastic family will forever be in my heart. It was such a pleasure taking care of him and visiting with many family members during his stay. I will miss seeing you all! Much love and prayers to you all during your grieving and healing hearts.
