My heart is broken! You were the most amazingly caring doctor who deserves to be here. You were always encouraging me and I finally listened. My life has changed for the better and it is all because of you!! I promise you I will stay as healthy as I can in honor of all the years you put up with me. Please watch over us in the Lowell Community as you take your new assignment in Heaven..xoxo

Dr Pickul you were an amazing human being. You cared for me as your patient and took my husband on in the middle of his cancer. Because of you he had excellent care til he died so young.
May you be soaring high with the angels till we all meet again.
Dr. Pickul cared for both my parents for many years. When my father was diagnosed with lung cancer, Dr Pickul was so helpful and compassioate to our family. One Sunday afternoon my parents doorbell rang and it was Dr. Pickul, coming to say hello and check on Dad. My Dad passed away the next day. May you rest in peace Dr. Pickul and say hello to Mom and Dad.
Dr. Pickul was a great doctor and person. My condolences to his family and staff.
So shocking to hear of Dr. Pickul's passing. I was one of his patients for many years, he was such a vibrant, caring, energetic man! I recently had my annual physical and we had a nice chat. He was always very thorough, covering all the bases and offering advice to keep me healthy and improve my life. My condolences to his extended family, we will all miss him very much.
I was heartbroken to hear of Dr Pickul’s passing. My mom was one of his first patients and took such wonderful care of her right up until her passing. He even visited her at the nursing home after she broke her hip. He was my doctor also and so funny and very caring. He was the best doctor and will be so missed. My deepest condolences to his family who he talked about with such love .
I think we need to start the Pickul Project, to light up the Roark Bridge in his honor. That bridge can be seen from his new office on Riverwalk. I have mentioned it to a few doctors and they think it is a great idea. Lowell General, Market Basket and UML need to donate big to the Pickul Project as will his many patients and co workers. Let's make the bridge beautiful in his honor.
I can't believe it has been over two years since you were taken far too soon from us. I have this picture on my work computer to remind me to stay healthy in your honor. I know you would be proud of me. Please watch over us from the skies as you are missed!!
