I was truly blessed to have Phil involved in my career with GSA. I first met Phil actually when he was a Assistant Manager at 450 Golden Gate Field Office. Always a hard worker. When I became a Building Management Intern and through my management career he always provided guidance to me and friendship. He worked hard and partied just as hard. May God bless him on his new journey!
