I am so very saddened to learn that Clarice has died. She was beloved at the University of Richmond and was the very first person to greet me when I applied for a job in 1980. She had a lasting impact on all of us who were fortunate to know her. She was not only a dear friend, but she looked after us all, giving us guidance & motherly advice. I will miss her friendly smile and caring soul.
