Deep condolences to all of Christian's family and vast network of friends. I am so, so sad to read of his passing. I remember him at York well. He was vibrant, kind, joyful, proud of his Italian heritage. Christian never met a stranger; he treated everyone with the same warmth, never failing to ask how you were doing and to stop and chat. He will surely be missed all over the world.

He was a very special young man and left our world all too soon . There were so many mountains left for him to climb.
