Dear Hayward Family,  
Kathy and I want to say how sorry we are for your great loss.  Your Dad, Husband, Grandfather, was a great man.  Growing up with your family in High School, I have very fond memories of "Mr. Hayward",   The picture posted here is how I remember him from my younger days with your family.  He will be greatly missed I know!!

When I came to Richmond as a engineer looking for a job, Chuck was the second person I met.  He was a great leader, engineer and mentor.  I remember many of the discussions we had where he told me how business world worked.  We were both fans of technically correct and detailed solutions to problems.  He was a true chemical engineer.  He was my teacher.  Prayers and celebration.
