I was a little girl when Mr. Charlie was the Post Master at  Highland Springs post office. I remember him as always smiling, laughing and being very kind. God Bless!

Charlie brought kindness, love and decency everywhere he went. His every action was a reflection on the wonderful person he was. He was a true Christian in every real sense of the word. He made friends everywhere he went. His laughter and sense of humor brought a smile to everyone who knew him. I know I will always notice that you aren't here to brighten my day.
