To all of Carole's children:
I had the pleasure of getting to know your mother over these past seven years and knew her to be a remarkable woman with an incredible, fighting and beautiful spirit.  I know how much you all meant to her.  I will miss her greatly but take comfort in the hope that she is in peace after this long struggle.
