Dear Alan, Dan, Don, and David:
Aunt Burdette had the biggest heart. She was fun, caring and full of life. She loved her "Tony" and her family. I will miss our conversations, laughter, and chocolate cake. It was an honor to have her in my life. Rest is peace Aunt Bird. Love, Carolyn
Burdette was a very special lady. My mother and her were best friends since they were little girls, and because of that I had the joy of growing up around Burdette and her family. I have fond memories of hanging out at Burdette's with she and my mom, specially in the kitchen. Burdette was always whipping up something good as she was an awesome cook. And when it came to baking she was the best, there was always a special treat in Burdette's kitchen. Playing in the backyard with Dave, going to Alpine swim park, enchanted Valley at their cabin where highlights. Special times at Clearlake. Burdette was my second mom, and I love her dearly and will miss her so much. It brings me some comfort that she is now with her beloved Tony again and of course her BFF my mom Betty. It is with a heavy heart that I send my condolences to the Pontier family.
