Brodie was a man of God and lived his life aligned to God's eternal purpose.  Although my heart is filled with sorrow at his passing, I am reminded once again to live the human life to the Lord (2 Cor. 5:14) and for His purpose, as our brother surely did.  Thank you brother for your pattern.  You will always be missed.

He taught me so many things including asking the tough questions. Please pray for him and his family and if you are curious about who he was and why he was such as awesome guy and why he loved the Lord.
Brodie may we cycle again in heaven.

I met Brodie in June 2012 when I was hired at Gilead. He trained me, set me up for success, and helped me overcome the fear of uncertainty from this new position. Brodie was the first person I got to know and my first friend at Gilead. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to know him and learn from him. His presence and the life he brought to work with him daily will be greatly missed.

Brodie and I attended different high schools in Cupertino. We both graduated class of 2001. However, our paths would not officially cross until he began working in Foster City. For his first couple of years at Gilead, Brodie and I shared a tiny office. His love for family, friends, and his faith was apparent every day. I will cherish the times we shared. I hope our paths will meet again.

When I came to the US for the first time in 2013 Brother Brodie and His wife Rebecca, were the first to receive me to their home and shepherded me to the church life…In my stay for one and half years in San Jose He is always an encouragement and a pattern, a precious and dear brother…

Brodie and I played Little League Baseball together and attended the same high school. I remember Brodie's father also umpired quite a few of our games. Brodie was an amazing athlete in both baseball and football, what I will remember about him the most was his genuine kindness and smile. You will be missed, but never forgotten. Please keep smiling from above for us, until we meet again.

I had the honor of first meeting Brodie in 2011 working at Gilead within the same department.

Brodie was a cool cat. He was always genuine and kindhearted in all my interactions with him - whether it was discussing work related matters or casual conversations about sports and life in general. I've always enjoyed each interaction.

However, one topic that Brodie and I would discuss on several occasions would be our love and faith in God and the Scriptures. There's no doubt that Brodie was a child of God and a man of faith. And because of that, my heart is content - knowing that Brodie is in a better place, with His Creator, watching over us. Until we meet again, my brother...

I am very very sorry for your loss...I didn't know Brodie.but he was for sure a very good human being, a beloved son of God. My husband, daughter and I were just on the road that sunny afternoon. We saw the accident and immediately called 911...I prayed for his soul as soon as we saw the events....even though this was a tragedy...I am absolutely sure Jesus came to hug him.WE PRAY FOR U.
