My deepest sympathies for the loss of this very dear and vibrant woman.
I came to know Althia at the YMCA in Norfolk. I am an Oncology Nurse and we shared a lot regarding her disease and the battles she faced with such courage, grace and dignity. We developed a lovely and meaningful friendship.We prayed together and she always thought of others.
