"The other Alison with one L" was a beautiful soul. I feel privileged to have shared the same name, and I promise to stay curious, upbeat, and quirky in her honor.

To my only daughter's godmother, namesake (with one L) and friend from the earliest days of my marriage, it has been a blessing to know you and share those early days. Your kindness was and remained a source of strength and courage for me. I am so blessed to have known you.
