Our family welcomes an thoughts, stories or just observations that you may choose to leave. Mom lived 90 years plus a couple of months; she was active her entire life and never allowed physical challenges to dissuade her from her tasks and her interests. She will be very much missed, yet I shared a brief comment after we discussed and signed the DNR at El Camino, "I am going home soon."

Mary Lou loved to travel, especially in her car, and would offer others to ride with her to meetings of interest to historical spots in California and on the Emigrant Trails. She was a teacher for adult education. She was a dear friend of Clyde and Helen Arbuckle. I spent many wonderful days traveling with her on the historic trails. I will miss her.

She was my teacher and then I was her teachers aid. She was a wonderful person whom I think of frequently.
