I remember Martha well. We were both residents of Delancey Street together.  She was a remarkable woman who, among other things, was modest about her personal accomplishments. I did not know many of the wonderful things written in this obituary.  I lost contact with her after Delancey Street but I am delighted to see that she seems to have had a satisfying life.
