Mark was such a special person-- a kind man & gifted craftsman who had a real love for Big Sur and CA wilderness.  He managed our Partington Point home for years and was a joy to know and work with.  We loved hearing his stories about fishing off the point and living there during renovation.  Our deepest sympathies to his family & loved ones.  We're grateful for the gift of knowing him.

Mark was a friend and neighbor of mine in Trinity county. He was a great guy Mark and Lisa were always very hospitable. Found out of his passing today (Aug.16th). I'll pour a tall glass for Mark tonight and remember all the great times we had in the Pines.
