Just learned of your mom’s passing my condolences to you and your family. I have fond memories Peg renting from me on Irving Ave and selling her house in the Burbank area and selling her the the house on Patch Ave. Peg always called me every year asking for my calendar. She was a special person. God Bless you all. Rick FInamore
