Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. May the God of all comfort be with you and strengthen you during this difficult time (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). Losing someone you love to death is never easy and Jehovah God has made a promise to one day remove this enemy and dry our eyes of all tears (Revelation 21:4). Until that time, please let the memories you shared live in your heart.
When I think of Aunt Mable, I think of quiet sweetness. We were always welcomed with open arms. She was such a good mother to her children and a wonderful wife to my uncle. Her peaceful nature was just what he needed having returned home after 33 months as a POW in Korea. Our family truly appreciate her so much and our hearts go out to Uncle Harold, her children and grandchildren.
My mother was also my best friend and I will miss her everyday. My father still keeps looking at her picture and saying " Momma's gone". They would hold hands, ask each other how they were every morning and tell each other, " I love you" every day. That set a high standard to follow, one I must admit I have fallen short of. I can only smile when I think of the two of them.
