I was a student at Hamilton College in the late 70s and played basketball for 4 years.  Former Hamilton coach Tom Murphy today let the players of our vintage know of the sad news of Lyle’s passing.  Lyle would love to see the email banter back and forth today of so many teammates expressing so many fond and vivid memories, and funny stories, of Lyle when we were students.  He was such a part of all of our lives and made such a wonderful impression on all of us and it is amazing to think after 40 years we all can remember at least 2 or 3 “Lyle” stories.  What a gem of a man.  We all extend our heartfelt sympathies to his family.  John Klauberg
